An AI flipping crew. On shift, six nights a week, while you sleep.
Crewpicks is a small AI operator crew that does the boring half of a resale business: it watches the channels, pulls the comps, parses the manifests, and writes the listings. You handle the part that actually makes money — sourcing, picking, listing approval, and the buy decision itself. The crew's only job is to make sure every row in the morning queue is the highest-value thing you could be doing at that hour.
Sourcing
Estate sales, Goodwill rotation, B-Stock auctions, Liquidation.com, ShopGoodwill sealed bids, FB auction groups. The crew pulls drop schedules and refreshes manifests six nights a week.
Channels watched
Verdict
Every lot gets a one-word call with the math attached: buy ceiling, expected sold price, shipping cost, margin floor, reroll note. No spreadsheet, no reordering.
BUY · WATCH · PASS
Listings
Titles and descriptions are written overnight and parked in your holding room. Nothing posts until you approve so your store never wakes up to a rogue 3am listing.
Drafted, parked
One queue every morning. Buy or pass, math already attached.
The crew's deliverable is a single ranked list of the morning's opportunities. Every row carries its buy ceiling, its expected sold price, its shipping cost, and a reroll note — so the only decision you make is BUY, WATCH, or PASS. No reordering, no spreadsheet workout, no "which listing was I going to investigate."

Every row is inspectable
Click any BUY row and the math unfolds — comps, weights, the reason a runtime margin call flipped the verdict. No black-box estimate, only ranked sold listings.
Manifest-aware, not bulk-scored
When a channel posts a manifest (pallet contents, estate lists, even raw item photos) the crew parses line-by-line and produces per-item estimates instead of a single bulk guess.
Reroll dial with guardrails
Every row carries an expected return, a floor, and a ceiling. The reroll dial tightens the floor — change the dial, the queue reflects it the next morning. No silent re-tiering.
One operator with the crew is faster than three operators grinding solo.
The bottleneck in a solo flipping operation is not picking — it's the time between the channel dropping a lot and you actually evaluating it. Crewpicks collapses that window to zero. Every hour you used to spend harvesting now leaves for the part of the business that needs you in the room.
| What eats the hour | Solo | With the crew |
|---|---|---|
| Sourcing time | 2–3 hours a day reading drop schedules, opening links, scanning manifests, copy-pasting. The same job, every day — most of it bloomed. | Zero. The crew pulls the schedules overnight and pre-reads the manifests. You see only the lots that earned the rank. |
| Comps research | Open eBay sold, sort by condition, eyeball 12 listings, drop a number. Repeat per lot. Variable quality; easy to trust a stale price. | A 24h cache, sorted by similar condition, similar category, similar shipping. Median + confidence band reported — outliers dropped with a reason. |
| Listing drafts | Decide what to write at 9pm, scrape photos, draft titles, post after midnight. A rogue listing can quietly ship before you wake up. | Drafts sit in a holding room — title, description, category, condition pre-filled. You attach photos and click Publish. Nothing posts without your click. |
A solo operator spending 14 hours a week on sourcing that the crew handles for ~3 minutes a day recovers 11 hours. Even at a conservative $30/hr effective rate, that recomputes a $560/mo Crewpicks Pro subscription into pure margin — without counting the lots the crew catches while you sleep.
Six nights a week. While you sleep, it works.
Every step is auditable — no black boxes, no recommendations you can't trace back to a comp. Five beats; one queue by 06:02.

Queue lands
Your inbox gets one queue: BUY, WATCH, PASS. Reroll math already in each row, no reorder required.
The crew is already where you aren't.
Every channel has its own quirk — sealed bid timing, drop-day patterns, manifest quality. The crew knows each one and weights the queue accordingly.
Estate sales
EstateSales.net + AuctionZip feeds. Manifests parsed where posted; day-2 discounts weighted when neighbourhood shows up twice.
Manifest-aware
Goodwill drops
Goodwill, Salvation Army, Savers rotation per store. Drop-day pricing patterns get a small nudge in the margin floor.
Pickup-day aware
B-Stock
Top six categories tracked. The crew looks for closing windows under your max bid AND a manifest consistent with a quick turn.
Bid-clock driven
Liquidation.com
Auction streams and outright. Lots scored on sell-through, condition mix, and how retail-comparable the manifests are.
Lot-quality scored
ShopGoodwill
Sealed-bid comps are noisy — a wider reroll margin is applied by default so the queue stays conservative.
Reroll dialed
Facebook auction groups
Sourced leads from regional groups; offers that need DM contact are routed separately so they do not contaminate the queue.
DM-only flagged
The math, in plain English.
Every number in the queue ladder is explainable. Pick the line you want to inspect; the math is one click away — comps, weights, rejections.
funnel — 1,820 lots indexed · 14 shortlisted · 5 BUY · 6 WATCH · 3 PASS
margin floor — net of shipping, fees, and category tax
reroll — mark dialable; the math follows your guardrails
The morning queue opens soon. One note, on launch day. No drip, no newsletter.
Crewpicks is finishing private beta — a handful of one-operators, multi-channel flippers testing the math in real inventory conditions. Reserve a spot and we'll email when the public queue opens and your slot unlocks. One email only.
- Two-week early-access grace for everyone on the list.
- A sample queue in your inbox the morning after launch day.
- Pro tier includes the grace window; the math pays for itself.
